for the Mas des Agriculteurs in Nîmes in May 2022.
The AOP Costières de Nîmes of Domaine of Vistre vineyard is located in Vestric and Candiac and Beauvoisin.
Its sandstone and pebble slopes rolled by the Rhone enjoy a privileged exposure to the sun facing the water bodies of the Petite Camargue.
It is composed of the best grape varieties of the appellation: syrah, black grenache, mourvèdre, marsellan, white grenache, roussane, vermentino...
The Vin de Pays vineyard is located along the Vistre valley.
Part of its terroir consists of pebbles from Villafranchiens (gress), the other part, near the river Le Vistre and covered with alluvial inputs.
This soil is very well suited to grape types: merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc...
The renovation and modernization of the vineyard facilities, the knowledge of the soils, the control of the yields, the implantation of suitable grape varieties, the know-how allow the necessary evolutions to the production of quality wines in respect of the environment.
